Perceptive Communicators has been appointed by a further two clients in the housing/development sector on marketing, PR and social media briefs.

Wemyss Properties is a Scottish company with experience of renovating traditional properties and developing desirable new build homes in prime locations, mainly Edinburgh and Glasgow. Perceptive will also support Wemyss’ plans to expand its operations into commercial developments through PR and social media support.

Matthew Atton, managing director of Wemyss Properties said: “Perceptive has ably demonstrated their knowledge of our sector and their communication expertise across traditional and social channels, supporting us as we build our profile.”

Earlier this month, the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) appointed Perceptive to build its associate membership base. Sara Jackson, Head of Business Services at SFHA, said: "We are delighted to have Perceptive Communicators’ marketing and branding support as we build and grow our Associate Membership offering. Their knowledge and experience of working with a variety of housing associations and organisations in the construction sector really will help to strengthen the SFHA brand positioning."

Julie Moulsdale, managing director at Perceptive Communicators said: “As Scotland’s only property specialist communications consultancy, we are well placed to support Wemyss Properties and SFHA in helping achieve their goals through PR, social media, marketing and branding. These are two significant pieces of business, especially given lockdown, and demonstrate how Perceptive can add value for clients under challenging circumstances.”
