Perceptive Communicators scoops two awards in two days as announces Muir Group client win and team growth
Glasgow-based specialist communications consultancy, Perceptive Communicators, has announced a significant milestone with its appointment to provide strategic communications services for Muir Group, expanding their specialist team with the addition of a Senior Account Executive and recruitment for a Social Media & Digital Account Executive.
This latest appointment follows Perceptive’s award success - being named ‘Supporting Organisation of the Year’ at the 2024 Homes for Scotland Awards, and a Top 50 UK & Ireland Inspiring Workplace for 2024 - within two days. Perceptive Communicators was recognised in the UK’s top 50 Inspiring Workplaces for its clarity of purpose and high employee engagement at a ceremony at Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Thursday 16 May. The following day Perceptive scooped Homes for Scotland’s supporting team of the Year. These awards recognise excellence in the homebuilding industry and reflect Perceptive’s contribution to this vital sector.
Muir Group is a family-owned business, working across construction, home building, timber systems, property development and investment, while also operating Deer Park Golf and Country Club—a renowned championship golf and leisure venue in Livingston.
With an annual turnover exceeding £95 million and a workforce of around 300 employees, Muir Group represents a substantial addition to Perceptive Communicators' built environment client portfolio, with Perceptive providing PR, communications and social media services.
Supporting this growth, Perceptive Communicators has appointed Lauren Bailey as Senior Account Executive. Lauren joins Perceptive from a large public relations consultancy and specialises in crafting and executing innovative communication campaigns.
